The City of Portland’s digital document management system for reviewing development permits will be updated with a new viewer that offers users a more streamlined permit review experience.

To prepare for this new feature, ProjectDox will be unavailable to customers between 5 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 21, and 8 a.m. on Monday, Feb. 24. To minimize disruption, customers are encouraged to plan for any document submissions or project management needs that may be impacted during this period.
