There will not be a weekly Administrative Appeals Board meeting held during the weeks of Nov. 20 and Dec. 25, 2023.
These two weeks typically have the lowest volume of appeals during the year and reduced staff time to process the appeals. Staffing at the weekly meeting is difficult because of holidays and vacations.
The deadline for appeal submissions during this time will remain the same: 9 a.m. Thursday for the following week’s meeting.
Applicants should consider these dates as they prepare appeals.
