How to apply for a MHLD
To complete a Middle Housing Land Division (MHLD), you must complete and submit three separate applications.
The three applications for an MHLD:
1. Building permit application
- Identify your project as MHLD when submitting your application.

2. Preliminary Plan Review
- Your MHLD application is reviewed and approved through the Expedited Land Division process.

3. Final Plat Review
- After your preliminary plan is approved, you must submit a final plat for review and approval. Once the final plat is approved and recorded, the land division process is complete.
