A Design Advice Request for the renovation of the Clifford Apartments, a contributing resource in the East Portland / Grand Avenue Historic District.  Exterior alterations include a new ground floor storefront system, doors, new ground floor cladding materials, replacement skylights above lobby, new rooftop mechanical, and removal of existing fire escapes.
