How to prepare your submittal

The public works process relies on plans to review, build, and inspect the permitted jobs. To understand what is required in submitting your final plans review the Plan Preparation for Public Works Permitting page.

The final plan submittal will incorporate both the final review and vellum review process. All comments from the prior phases must be addressed and incorporated into this plan set.

Required Documents

Complete the document required for the final plans submittal. This document will need to be uploaded as part of your online submittal.

Signed public works permit provided in the fee letter

Copy of the executed performance bond for review & approval to submit the hard copy.

Submit Online

Submit Final Plans using the link provided by PDX ePlans. 

If you have not received or have lost the link, please send an email to publicworkspermitting@portlandoregon.gov with the subject line: Final Submittal.

Please include the job address and public works job number.

Once received, we will send the applicant a link to submit plans electronically using ProjectDox.

The first and subsequent reviews for this phase are 15 business days.
