Join City of Portland staff for a Lunch and Learn session on Residential Infill Project Part 2 (RIP2) and how changes to the City's zoning code will affect the development of certain types of housing in Portland.

On June 1, the Portland City Council adopted additional changes to zoning in Portland’s single-dwelling zones, thus expanding allowances for more housing types. These new zoning code changes take effect at 11:59 p.m. on June 30, 2022. During this Lunch and Learn session, staff from the Bureau of Planning and Sustainability and the Bureau of Development Services will share information and answer questions about these new zoning rules and how they will affect residential development in the City of Portland.
