Click here to join via Zoom: June 10, 2021 • Noon - 1 pm
Changes are coming that will allow more types of housing in Portland's neighborhoods. The Residential Infill Project will take effect August 1, 2021, and will allow additional accessory dwelling units (ADUs), duplexes, triplexes and fourplexes. The size of all structures will be limited in a new way to help additions and new buildings better fit in.
Visit our website for more information and plan to attend a free Zoom session to answer these questions:
- How will the size of structures be measured?
- Where can I find more information?
- What are the changes to rules for development in single dwelling zones?
- Can I add units to my property?
Registration is not required. Please contact Colleen.Poole@portlandoregon.gov with any Lunch & Learn coordination questions.
This event is brought to you by the Bureau of Development Services and the Bureau of Planning & Sustainability.
Note: Site specific questions will not be answered during the training. Please set up a 15-minute meeting with a City Planner or call the Zoning hotline (503-823-7526) to ask a question or two. Or, set up an Early Assistance meeting for a deeper discussion about how the residential infill project affects your property.
Note: This session will be recorded.
Note: There will be another opportunity to attend this training on June 22, 2021 from noon to 1 p.m.
