Services in the Development Services Center at 1900 SW 4th Ave. will be available between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays, starting Sept. 15, for the duration of the southbound I-5 closure. After I-5 reopens, the normal 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays will resume.
