The Arts & Culture Empowerment Program assists arts and cultural organizations through the permitting process. The program aims to help preserve the customs, arts, social institutions, and achievements of our clients.

Portland Permitting & Development is committed to providing all Portlanders access to City services. We offer in-person and over-the-phone interpreter services in more than 240 languages, including American Sign Language, at no cost to you. We offer auxiliary aid services.
Do you have professional architecture, construction, or trades skills and want to give back to community? We are seeking volunteers to assist low-income homeowners, small businesses and arts and culture organizations to bring their properties up to code.
