The purpose of this administrative rule is to guide the implementation of temporary System Development Charge (SDC) exemptions for residential housing projects within the City of Portland. Public comments on this draft rule will be accepted through noon on Monday, May 11.

The City of Portland’s Permit Center, located at 1900 SW Fourth Ave., is now open on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8 to 4 p.m. for in-person 15-minute appointments, to perform basic permit research, and to pay fees.
