After you have applied in DevHub and paid for your PP&D Trade permit, you will be able to use DevHub to also schedule inspections. To schedule inspections for a non-Trade permit, you may do so by phone using the Integrated Voice Response (IVR) system. Please visit Request an Inspection for further instructions.
Viewing, Selecting, & Scheduling an Inspection
To schedule inspections online using DevHub, you must be signed into DevHub using the same user credentials associated with the permit application. For guidance on how to sign in and access your DevHub user account, please review the DevHub Sign In Quick Step Guide.
1. Once you have signed in, select My Permits & Requests from the DevHub PDX menu.
2. Locate the permit and click the View button. If you do not see your permit listed, please use the IVR system to schedule inspections by phone instead.
3. Select View Processes / Schedule an Inspection to view the list of inspections you can schedule for the permit.
4. Select the Schedule button next to the inspection you wish to schedule.
5. Enter Inspection Details such as contact information, inspection date, lock box #, and any relevant comments (example: dog on-premise) then click Schedule. An inspector will be assigned for the inspection date requested.
You may view the list of inspections scheduled within DevHub from the View Processes / Schedule an Inspection page for a given permit. If you wish to cancel a scheduled inspection, select the Cancel button for that inspection then confirm the cancellation.
