Design Advice Request for a Portland Parks and Recreation project to continue the North Park Blocks onto three partially developed blocks situated north of NW Glisan
Street and within the 2019 Broadway Corridor Masterplan development area. Future proposed development includes public park plaza and green spaces and an elevated structure for the Green Loop.
