New 14-story affordable housing development consisting of 229 affordable units with a ground floor program providing an Early Childhood Education Center, Workforce Development center, Property management offices, loading, building utility and amenities.  In addition to the required Design Review the proposal would also require a Central City Master Plan Amendment to relocate the loading off of NW 9th instead of NW Irving.

Design Advice Request for a new 7-story, 243 unit, multi-dwelling residential building at 5515 SE Milwaukie Ave. The southern half of the building is 65’-0” tall, and the northern half is approx. 85’-6” tall. The ground floor includes dwelling units with entry porches and planters facing SE Milwaukie Ave and SE Ellis St, with a lobby entry near the center of the building. Parking is provided at the ground level behind these units. The building includes a variety of roof forms and cornice lines strive to break up the massing and create a variety of scale on the elevations. Potential Modifications may be requested to the building setback, landscaping, additional pedestrian connection, required outdoor area, and required common area development standards. River Review may also be required.

Type III Design Review hearing for a proposed three building project on the historic Centennial Mills site along the Willamette River in the Pearl Subdistrict of the Central City Plan District.  The buildings range from 5 to 6 stories and have basement parking. The project also includes development of the greenway park and trail along the river.  The project is mixed use residential with 281 apartment units, retail spaces along Naito, and 174 parking stalls. 

Additional reviews include three Modification Reviews (including to size of parking stalls and bike parking spaces) a River Review, and an Adjustment Review (vehicular access along Naito)
