Design Advice Request (DAR) meeting for a proposal to replace the existing Ida B. Wells High School located in the Hillsdale Plan District with a new approximately 291,000 SF building to accommodate approximately 1,700 students. The project will include redevelopment of the parking areas, athletic fields, field support structures and pathways. The existing swimming pool, operated by Portland Parks & Recreation and all facilities associated with Rieke Elementary School will remain on site.

Design Advice Request for a new 5 or 6-story (approx. 75 ft tall) student resident hall on the PSU campus with approx. 215 to 269 resident rooms in varying configurations plus one classroom and a student concierge center for PSU students. The proposed building will be built on three quarters of the block bounded by SW 10th Ave, SW Montgomery St, SW Park Ave, and SW Harrison St. Modifications to the Ground Floor Windows standards and Required Building Line standards an exception to the Window Projections Into Public Right-of-Way code guide standards may be requested.
