Inspectors from Portland Permitting & Development may choose to wear masks for in-person inspections. Inspectors will wear masks where required or if requested by a property owner, permit applicant or job site manager.

Portland Permitting & Development, including the Development Services Center at 1900 SW 4th Ave., will be closed on Thursday, June 19, for the Juneteenth holiday. Regular hours resume on Friday, June 20. Most permit services are available online 24 hours a day.
In-person services at Development Services Center available on Tuesdays and Thursdays; virtual appointments available daily
In-person services in the Development Services Center at 1900 SW 4th Ave. are limited to Tuesdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Thursdays from 8 a.m. to noon.
