Portland Permitting & Development processes land use reviews for Personal Wireless Service Facilities according to the table below. Pre-application conferences are not required. However, applicants are strongly encouraged to explore voluntary early assistance options before applying for a land use review.
Please note that fees listed here are estimates only. They are based on estimated time to process each type of review. Very complex proposals may require additional time for review. Applicants must pay for any additional review hours before their building permit can be issued.
