Marijuana Labs and Research Facilities

If you are licensing a cannabis laboratory or research facility, you will need to submit the following:

• Land Use Compatibility Information Form for a Marijuana Laboratory or a Marijuana Research Facility.
• Completed the Land Use Compatibility Statement form.
  • Get directions and information required for the LUCS.
• $250 processing fee. This fee can be paid by check or money order.
