Portland Solutions, formally established July 1 2024, was created as a centralized program hub to address our community’s most pressing homelessness and livability challenges. It brings several programs under one umbrella for added effectiveness and service.

Portland Wins National Award for Peer‑Led Cleanup Program

City recognized for partnering with innovative GLITTER program to employ workers with lived experience of homelessness to clean up city streets. Mayor Wilson goes to Washington, D.C. to accept the award and $275,000 in new funding.
