The City Engineer will review and determine whether the street meets the Local Street Pavement Standard. If the street does not meet the requirements listed above in Section III, a public works permit will be needed prior to any street improvements. If the street does not meet the Local Street Pavement Standard, the City Engineer will determine what Local Street Pavement Standard requirements are not met. A pavement coring sample may be required by applying for a Boring Permit under administrative rule TRN-10.12 Boring/Test Hole Permits. Pavement coring samples will be submitted for review by the City Engineer.
