I. Definition
The City of Portland Office of Transportation issues permit to sell goods or services from vending carts located on city sidewalks under certain conditions. Items approved for sale include but are not limited to the following: Inflated balloons, fresh-cut flowers, food and beverage for immediate consumption, shoe shines, umbrellas, and maps.

II. Administrative Rule
Rules apply per City Code, application packet may be picked up at 1900 SW 4th Avenue on the first floor at the brochure counter, you may also call 503.823.7002 for further information.
