CITIZEN REVIEW COMMITTEE (CRC) - PROTOCOL FOR REQUEST FOR RECONSIDERATION OF CRC DECISION

Any member of CRC may make a motion, or the IPR Director may make a request, that CRC reconsider a decision made as the result of a prior appeals hearing if all of the following circumstances exist:
1.  The motion is made within 100 days of the CRC decision;
2.  The motion is based upon information not previously discussed at the prior CRC hearing; and
3.  The new information involves a compelling fact or facts that might have resulted in a different decision by CRC. The new information must be presented at the time of CRC's motion or IPR's request.
