Find sanctuary city resources from the City of Portland's Immigrant & Refugee Program, including free legal services and state resources for reporting hate crimes, bias incidents, discrimination, and violations of Oregon's sanctuary laws.
In-person services in the Development Services Center at 1900 SW 4th Ave. are limited to Tuesdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Thursdays from 8 a.m. to noon. Pre-scheduled appointments are needed for most in-person services. Many building permit services are available online 24 hours a day. Learn more.
