The Portland Police Bureau has five permanent geocaches at Bureau locations throughout the city. 
The public can retrieve their property from the Property and Evidence Division under certain conditions.

If you see what appears to be an abandoned bike, contact police at the non-emergency number (503-823-3333), to request the bike be taken to the property room as found property.
