PPB Needs Public's Help Locating Missing Juvenile

Tearny Elbrader was reported missing on March 10, 2026, after officers responded to a residence in the 9000 block of Southeast Mt. Scott Boulevard. Officers learned that Elbrader left the residence at approximately 11:45 p.m. the night before and was last seen walking toward Southeast 92nd Avenue.

Since Elbrader went missing, investigators have learned that she is dealing with a medical condition. That, combined with the length of time she has been away, has detectives and loved ones concerned about her well-being.

Tearny Elbrader is described as a Caucasian female, 16 years old, approximately 5'5" tall, weighing about 170 pounds, with dark brown shoulder-length hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing fuzzy slippers, a white beanie, a white camouflage hoodie, and white camouflage sweatpants. Tearny may no longer have the red highlights in her hair as pictured.

If you see Tearny Elbrader, please call 911. Anyone with non-emergency information is asked to contact the Missing Persons Unit at missing@police.portlandoregon.gov and reference case number 26-69293.
