A march has begun downtown and is on SW 3rd Avenue traveling southbound from SW Oak St. There will be some short traffic delays. PPB officers are assisting with traffic control.

There is a gathering in front of the ICE building on the South Waterfront. We have Dialogue Liaison Officers and Bike Officers in the area. There may be some traffic impacts.

PPB has observed some physical assaults near the ICE facility and investigations are underway. One man has been arrested on suspicion of Assault in the 3rd Degree.
