On Sunday, April 27, 2025 at 7:04 a.m., officers from the North Precinct responded to a call of a body found near the intersection of Flint Avenue and North Tillamook Street, on a grassy area next to Interstate 5. Police arrived at the location and found a person who was deceased.

Portland Police Bureau detectives responded to the scene to investigate. The identity of the victim will be released after the Medical Examiner has confirmed the cause of death and after family members have been notified. The PIO is not responding to the scene. More information will be released when appropriate.
