PPB Seeks Public's Help Locating Missing Endangered Woman

On Monday, March 3, 2025, at approximately 12:00 p.m., Kazuko O'Hearn, 87, of Portland, was reported missing by a family member. Officers responded to O'Hearn's residence in the area of Northeast 14th Avenue and Northeast Hancock Street and determined that on Thursday, February 27, 2025, O'Hearn was transported to Legacy Emanuel Medical Center where she was last seen.

Detectives are concerned about O'Hearn due to her being hard of hearing and visually impaired. In addition, English is not O'Hearn's first language.

O'Hearn is described as an Asian female, 5'0", 120 lbs.

Anyone who sees O'Hearn is asked to call 911 immediately. Anyone with non-critical information is urged to contact detectives at missing@police.portlandoregon.gov and reference case number 25-55879.
