Bing Li, 94, was last seen at about 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 19, 2025 leaving his home in the 6200 block of Southeast 40th Avenue for a walk. Significant efforts to find him have not been successful, and the Portland Police Bureau is asking that the public keep an eye out for him (case number 25-44250).

 

Bing Li is a 94-year-old Asian male, 5’6” in height, 170 lbs, last seen wearing a maroon beanie hat (pictured), white jacket, and dark pants.  Bing only speaks Cantonese. Bing is hard of hearing but does know his name. He has health concerns, including heart failure, high blood pressure, and is diagnosed with dementia.
