PPB Needs Public's Help Locating Missing Endangered Woman
The Portland Police Bureau is requesting the public's help in locating a missing 57-year-old woman who has health concerns.
On the night of December 7th, 2025, between the hours of 11:30 p.m. and 12:30 a.m., Virginia Lopez De Torres left her residence located in the 10900 block of Southeast Powell Boulevard. Virginia was diagnosed with a terminal illness in January 2025, and she has been withdrawn from family since then. Both family and detectives are worried about Virginia's well-being.
Virginia is a 57-year-old Hispanic woman. She has dark hair, stands at 5'4" tall, and weighs 160 lbs. Virginia was last seen wearing a lime green or yellow puffer coat, black pants, and tennis shoes. Virginia does not speak English. While Virginia does not have her medications with her, she has a difficult time following conversations due to the medications she takes.
If you see Virginia, please call 911. Anyone with information that is not time sensitive is urged to contact detectives at missing@police.portlandoregon.gov and reference case number 25-335345.
