For the last few weeks members of our community have reported being called by a Lieutenant Nathan Sheppard of the Portland Police Bureau and being told that if they want to avoid being arrested on a warrant they need to send money to the Portland Police Bureau.

Lieutenant Nathan Sheppard of the Portland Police Bureau would never do that. As a matter fact no member of the Portland Police Bureau will ever call and ask for money so you can avoid being arrested.
