The Bureau collects written feedback on Active Directives on a continuing basis – in a process called Open Engagement.
Please review our Directives Manual and provide your feedback.
The Policy Development Team will read and consider all comments and refer comments to subject matter experts or the Chief's Office, as needed.

Open Engagement serves as an increased opportunity for engagement but does not circumvent or expand a Directive's Public Comment Period. Comments received through Open Engagement may be held for consideration until the relevant Directive's next scheduled review.
