Case# 95-63620
On June 27, 1995, at about 10:40 p.m., Officers responded to the 1200 Block of NE Failing Street, to reports of a shooting. Officers learned that the victim, Patrick Curry, a 16-year-old, African-American male, was transported to a local hospital. Mr. Curry later died the hospital from an apparent gunshot wound.
Witnesses reported seeing an African-American male standing through the sunroof of a vehicle moments before the shooting occurred. The vehicle was described as similar to a late 1980’s Chevrolet Monte Carlo that was light in color. The vehicle was last seen headed eastbound on NE Failing Street.
