Case# 79-47481

On July 9, 1979, at about 3:00 p.m., Officers responded to 2041 NW Everett Street, Apt. # 905, to the request of a welfare check. Upon arriving, the Officers entered the apartment and found the victim, Jasper Belle, a 64-year-old African-American male deceased due to a gunshot wound. There have been no witnesses to this homicide come forward to this date. The Cold Case Unit would like anyone with information regarding this case to contact them.
