At approximately 7:40 am on the morning of New Year’s Day of 1998, Reggie Scott, a 20-year-old African-American man, was found shot to death near the bleachers of a baseball field at Irving Park.
Reggie Scott had been attending Portland Community College and was working for UPS. He was last seen leaving his mother’s house at approximately 10:30 pm.
