Case #85-38496

On April 28, 1985, the apartment manager at 2181 NW Glisan Street went into an apartment of one of his tenants and discovered Allan Joseph Bilyeu, a 44-year-old white male, deceased in the living room of his apartment. An investigation revealed that he had died as the result of homicidal violence during the evening prior to his discovery.

Mr. Bilyeu was reported to be a heavy drinker and was known to frequent gay bars to pick up men. He was last seen in the company of a white male, approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall with dark brown hair, unshaved face, and wearing a cowboy hat.
