All comments are shared with the Police Accountability Commission in advance.  Public comment received by Tuesday at 8:00 AM is circulated in advance of the Thursday PAC meetings. Public comment received by Friday at 8:00 AM is circulated in advance of the following Monday’s PAC meetings.

Public comments are posted on our website, public comments can be found in the Documents section of our website or embedded within each PAC meeting's event page.

All comments received will be added into the meeting record and may be subject to disclosure upon request under Oregon’s Public Records Law (ORS 192.410 – 192.505).

Community members can submit public comment through the online webform. This webform allows for you to direct your public comment to the full commission and/or the sub-committee(s) of your choosing.
