City posts public comments on proposed oversight code received November 15-December 15, 2023

From November 15-December 15, 2023, the City collected public comment related to the proposed code which City Council directed the City Attorney to seek DOJ and other approvals on in November. This process was outlined in Resolution 37637, which also includes as Exhibits the proposed Code in full. The City is currently reviewing the public comments, and have released the comments received for public review.
