City Request for PAC Facilitator
The City has posted an RFP (Request for Proposals) to hire a Facilitator to assist the Police Accountability Commission. The new proposal seeks a qualified person or people with demonstrated experience in group development and facilitation, transformational conflict resolution, providing community groups with the skills needed to navigate challenging and controversial subject matter, and experience working with Portland's diverse communities to facilitate the meetings, progress, and integration of new members of the PAC.
The City encourages Disadvantaged Business Enterprises, Minority Owned Business Enterprises, Women Owned Business Enterprises, and Emerging Small Businesses (D/M/W/ESBs) to apply in order to promote their economic growth and to provide additional competition for City contracts.
