Dear Portlanders,
The Police Accountability Commission started its work in December 2021, starting a process of developing an investigatory, disciplinary, and accountability structure and oversight board for the Portland Police Bureau to replace the Independent Police Review.
Public Meeting Notice
The Police Accountability Commission will hold a public meeting tonight:
- Police Accountability Commission April Meeting
Tuesday, April 26, 6:30-9 PM
The PAC has also scheduled its first event in May, a work session on internal processes.

Monday, May 2, 7-9 PM
As more information is finalized for each meeting, it will be posted at the links above. The links include Zoom connection information for members of the public to observe the meeting and participate with public comment, agenda items for the meeting, and other documents. Meeting reports will also be posted at this link after the meeting.
Accessibility Information
To help ensure that community members can observe these meetings, the City of Portland will provide ASL interpretation, closed captioning and Spanish interpretation. If there are other ways we can help you more fully participate in this process, please contact the Police Accountability Commission support staff at PoliceAccountability@portlandoregon.gov.
