PAC Final Draft of City Code Recommendations - Proposed Changes

This is the version that the PAC will discuss on August 31. It is the final draft from August 21, with technical edits incorporated into the text, and remaining decision items for the PAC (seven proposed changes to the text) shown in Track Changes. On August 31, the PAC will first work through the proposed changes, making a decision on whether to implement each one in turn, and then will make a decision on approving the full document as its recommendations to City Council.

This version of the PAC's draft City Code recommendations shows the technical edits (grammar, punctuation, formatting, terminology standardization, etc.) made to the document between the version originally published as the final draft on August 21, and the version that will be discussed at the PAC meeting on August 31. This version is published for transparency, and will not be shown/discussed during the August 31 meeting.

PAC Final Draft of City Code Recommendations - published August 21

This version of the PAC's draft City Code recommendations was approved as the final draft on August 21. It may have technical edits (punctuation, spacing, commas, etc.) made prior to its final consideration. At a meeting between August 28-31, the PAC will discuss, potentially adjust*, and eventually decide to send City Code recommendations to the City Council.

* Please note that members may propose content changes to this document as part of the final adjustment process. A revised version will be posted showing those proposed changes in Track Changes in advance of the meetings the week of August 28-31.
