The Jade Apartments are now open in Powellhurst-Gilbert, bringing 40 new affordable, family-focused units to the neighborhood. 26 units have 2-3 bedrooms to accommodate families with kids, and 5 units are regulated at 30% AMI for extremely low-income tenants.
