Mayor Wilson Proclaims April 2025 Fair Housing Month
This annual proclamation renews Portland’s commitment to the Fair Housing Act of 1968, which was adopted to prohibit discriminatory housing practices, undo racial segregation practices, and provide equal access to housing opportunity for all.

Affordable Housing Preservation Request for Proposals (RFP) - Spring 2025
The Preservation RFP invites property owners to submit proposals for rehabilitation and energy efficiency upgrades at existing affordable rental projects. An optional Applicant Information Session will be held on Zoom on March 25th at 11:00 a.m. Please register. Submissions Due: 4/29/25, at 3:00 PM
