8. SOAR Review
   1. A short review of the Strengths, Opportunities, Aspirations and Results exercise that was started in the June Meeting and continued in the July Meeting.
9. Housing Investment Priorities
   1. A review of the TIF District Plan and Community Engagement during exploration
   2. A discussion on an example of what resources might look like in the district for the first 5-year Action Plan
   3. Examples of housing priorities and how they could be structured in the action plan based on the things we heard in the SOAR
10. Community Updates and Next Steps

Purpose: The East 205 TIF Community Leadership Committee (CLC) provides guidance and oversight on development of East 205 Action Plans and implementation of the East 205 Plan through a co-creation model with PHB and Prosper Portland staff.
