How to attend the RSC Listening Session
Please register in advance to provide public testimony during the Rental Services Commission Listening Session. Use the registration link above to register for the Listening Session and indicate if you would like to provide public testimony.
Providing public testimony
Public testimony is limited to three minutes for each speaker. Please be prepared, concise, and direct. We want to hear from everyone and ask that you respect this time limit.
When you are called upon to speak, turn on your microphone and provide your testimony. You may also choose to turn on your camera. Try a test meeting to check your equipment and settings.
If you do not respond when called upon to speak, or you encounter technical difficulties, you may not be able to testify.
Due to the meeting time limits, we cannot guarantee that everyone who registers to provide public testimony will be able to do so at the Listening Session.
Interpretation and other forms of accommodation may be available to allow you to attend this event.
Written testimony
Individuals who are unable to provide testimony due to the number of registered speakers may submit written testimony. Written testimony is limited to 530 words.
Language interpretation and reasonable accommodations
If you need assistance in participating in this event, including language interpretation or other support, please contact the RSC support admin.
Interpretation and support requests are needed by July 1, 2022.
