The Portland Housing Bureau (PHB) has published new Permanent Administrative Rules for Portland Application and Screening and Portland Security Deposit Policies (“FAIR” Ordinances). These rules provide additional clarity to the policies set out in PCC 30.01.086 and 30.01.087.
The amended Administrative Rules are available online. The new rules are in effect today, January 8, 2021.
