Permanent Administrative Rules for Mandatory Relocation Assistance Exemption Eligibility and Approval

The Portland Housing Bureau (PHB) has published the new Permanent Administrative Rules for Mandatory Relocation Assistance Exemption Eligibility and Approval Process. These rules provide additional clarity to exemptions under PCC 30.01.085.

The amended Administrative Rules and associated materials are available online. The new rules are in effect today, December 14, 2020.
