About the Request for Proposals (RFP)
The Rental Services Office (RSO) is seeking a contractor or contractors to develop and implement an evaluation of local landlord-tenant policies, assess their effectiveness in achieving intended policy goals, and estimate both intended and unintended impacts on landlords and tenants. We anticipate that this will include both quantitative analysis of housing market and other data, as well as other methodologies (e.g., surveys and focus groups of local landlords, tenants, and community service providers).
