HOME Program Information
HOME Inspections
HOME inspections are scheduled directly with property management staff based on the project's HOME Restrictive Agreement. Frequencies vary from every year to every three years, depending on the number of HOME units at the project. Tenant files are also inspected.
Upon completion of the inspection, a HOME Inspection Report is provided to property management staff; this report identifies action items and deadlines to rectify the findings.
PHB follows OHCS guidance on HOME Inspections and conducts NSPIRE Inspections. Information regarding the NSPIRE Inspection can be found on OHCS' website (link).
