REACH CDC have closed financing on their 73Foster project, which will bring 64 units of affordable housing to Foster-Powell, including 22 units of Permanent Supportive Housing. It is expected to open in late 2026.

Related Northwest and IRCO have completed construction at Aldea at Glisan Landing, the ninth Metro Housing Bond project to open in Portland. Aldea contains 96 affordable homes, with 81 sized for families and 15 regulated for deep affordability.

Our partners at Home Forward closed financing on their redevelopment of the Peaceful Villa Apartments, and can now begin construction on 166 affordable homes. PHB awarded Portland Clean Energy Community Benefit Funds (PCEF) to help this project meet sustainability goals.
