Join the Portland Housing Advisory Commission’s (PHAC) Budget Advisory Committee as they continue to participate in the development of the Housing Bureau’s request budget. The Portland Housing Advisory Commission (PHAC) serves as the primary public forum for the discussion of affordable housing policy and programming for the City of Portland. PHAC meetings are open to the public and public testimony is invited.
